HumanWare invites you to join its new on-line audio chat room for a
web-based presentation
of the latest addition to the BrailleNote family, the Concise Oxford
Dictionary and
Thesaurus, on Tuesday, May 1st at 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time. JoAnn
Becker of
HumanWare will be demonstrating how to access the dictionary or thesaurus
from within
any application of the KeySoft Software Suite. Whether in the KeyWeb
Internet Browser,
the Book Reader or Word Processor, the Dictionary and Thesaurus are easily
accessed
by using one simple key stroke.
JoAnn will demonstrate how to look up the definition of words, hear correct
spoken
pronunciations, find synonyms and antonyms, as well as demonstrate some of
the additional
powerful advanced features.
Running on the BrailleNote family of products, the Concise Oxford
Dictionary and
Thesaurus may be accessed by QWERTY keyboard or Braille input, and read and
heard
by both braille and auditory output. They run on the latest version of
HumanWare's
KeySoft 7.2 Build 47, on BrailleNote mPower, VoiceNote mPower or
BrailleNote PK,
as well as other BrailleNote Classic models. This software package is a
must for
students, professionals, or anyone wishing to improve language skills.
