Topic: The BrailleNote-- Mobile Power and Productivity

Presenter: Mike Gibson, Blindness Product Specialist. 800-722-3393 Ext 264.
Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.humanware.com.

The Accessible World in partnership with Talking Communities is proud to
sponsor Part Two of the comparison between two popular notetakers during
the
Tek Talk online event Monday, May 7, 2007. Last week the features of
Freedom
Scientifics' Pac Mate were reviewed in detail. This week discussion will
focus on the HumanWare's BrailleNote mPower.

Since its introduction seven years ago the BrailleNote has lead the way
with
efficient, personal productivity tools. The BrailleNote mPower continues
to
be a leading notetaker with its powerful word processor, expanded flash
disk
memory, built-in blue tooth, digital audio recorder, USB ports, and secure
digital media card slot. This presentation will provide an overview of
KeySoft 7.2, a reliable productivity suite of applications and expanded
features including a Database Manager, DAISY Book Reader, audio streaming
and new KeySoft extensions such as the Concise Oxford Dictionary &
Thesaurus
and Nemeth Tutorial. Mike Gibson will highlight the intuitive context
sensitive help system and user friendly interface within the KeySoft
environment, which makes for an efficient and productive experience.

Following the presentations, there will be sufficient time for questions
and
comments from the audience. So, tell all your friends to join you. Seating
is unlimited.
