Hi all,
Sorry if this has already been on list, but it didn't show up on
list, so I'm re posting.
Hi everyone,
I just got off the phone to i primus technical support regarding my
dial up connection. apparently they have had nbo record of my using
it. They said that
usually even if there is a problem with authentication, like in my
case, it susally registers a connection. I checked again the user
name and password,
and the phone number, and all are correct. they said it must be the
way the braille note is configured, and that they couldn't help with
that side of things...
so having said all that, does anyone have any more suggestions as to
what to try?
Thanks.
Steph

Andrew, you cannot sync between the Braillenote and OE. You can sync
between the Braillenote and Outlook though. You will need Active Sync 3.8
on your PC. You can't go any higher than 3.8 until the OS or operating
System on the BN is upgraded, something which I hope will happen soon.
Thanks.
