On those same lines, we keep having the braille not tells us pound sign 1 and then not embossing the entire document. It stops several pages in to it. Sometimes it says "embosser error". Any ideas?

Subject: [Braillenote] embossing

Hello All,
I am having an issue with my bn and embossing that I am hoping someone can help. When I emboss to the Juliet embosser, I have the last word or characters of the document missing. I have tried setting the bn so that it says emboss both sides of the page, as well as having it say emboss both sides of the page turned off. I have it set so that pause after each page is set to no, and then I have tried it with it set to yes. I also have the setting for forfeeding set to yes, and also have tried setting it to no, but nothing works. How do I get it so the last words of the document or characters will emboss.
Thanks,

Robert Stigile
