Well a big company that will bring more money into
the firm and possibly have a different management
style. They may also have either a focus on
making a lot of profit or making a lot of advanced
products (who knows).
The point i tried to make was that the general
public cannot buy shares, and that usually large
corporate businesses like insurance companies and
trusts buy the shares that are not owned by
humanware's management and staff.

No. Humanware is a privately owned company and
therefore their shares are only sold to the
members of humanware or large corporations who
