Hi (whoever you are),
You might want to go to Internet Options and delete Temporary Files. If it gives you message that says that the directory is not empty, ignore this. Then Reset your unit and try it again. It is best to listen to it on your computer (if you have one).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hello,

I found the podcast, but when I pressed "Download Audio File" the
bn showed the file download dialog. I tried the standard reset, 1-2-3 reset, even the 4-5-6 reset. I got it to download about 200kb of the file (Where you were talking about power management,) but every time it kind of froze. What I mean is Keyweb would go blank, I tried space with e a couple times, I got the address prompt, but couldn't go to main menu or other tasks. Thanks for any help on this, Big D! Also sorry for the formatting of this message, I am very mutch looking forward to being able to use keymail instead of the web interface!
