Jose, when you press that U-chord, you should hear the word
"cap". Then, you would press dot four.

Hello; Listers, I have a friend he is setting up his internet on
his BrailleNote Clasic and I am helping him. The problem is that
everytime we get to the username and email username we type his
name which is part of the email address then when we get to the
at sign we have problems because I tell him to do a U chord then
dot 4 for the at sign and he does but instead of saying at it
says double quote. He is running Keysoft version 5.1. Please
write back A.S.A.P.
