Yes, it is kind of sad that all these kinds of messages are being directed
towards HumanWare.  However, on the other hand, because of their continued
lack of communication with its BN list members, I can't help but think that
HW helped to create a lot of the criticism/questions directed their way.

I'm kind of disappointed to see the tone of the messages of the past several
weeks. Maybe it has been only one, but before anyone really has checked it
out, we are flaming this company, partly from fear of their shares being
bought, rather than contacting them. This past message that indicates that
those who didn't have the chance to listen to the demonstrations have the
right is pretty defensive before knowing whether, in fact, there are
archives. Frankly, I find this to be a disappointing use of this list. I
think a lot of good is shared here, but I hate to see this kind of thing
continuing on.
