What version of KeySoft are you running? Sometimes, I think it is better to take the cards out when shutting down. Sometimes, if I have left my cards in, it does happen. When I remember to take them out, it seems to work better. I hope this is helpful information. It seems like the mPower does it more to me than the classic did.

The other thing that may help you, if you have the mPower is to install the driver from the Humanware site.

It's me again.  I would have to say that I probably have gotten
the solution to the problem.  It would seem right.  Brandan, That
is just what I was told by the Humanware staff.  Joseph, you are
probably right.  Ronda, one last question before we close this
subject.  Most of my lock ups happen when I have first turned the
unit on.  Has this ever happened to you?
