Jim, I thought about writing privately, but you make many good points. First of all, I am glad you said something that made sense. All morning, there have been a couple of list members who act like Humanware. One person always speaks up about what they can do for someone, that no one else can do. It's not true, folks: we all have the same voice, if we'd use them.

Jim, I agree with you about products. Number one, the more AM
radio we ask for, and other such things will definitely up the price with this technology. It almost seems like we'd like our machine to bring us coffee, (grin)! Yes, Mary Ellen is right: we have lost contact with Humanware in many respects. When I say this, I mean actual "Humanware staff."

One of the things that will always bother me is the classic situation. Many people cannot afford to upgrade. I'm glad we're getting SSL. We need that. I also recall the commitment for Microsoft Word documents to be read. This will not happen for the classic users as was planned. Sorry that I feel bad for them, but I do. If their ethernet card goes out, too bad. None are made any more. In saying that, I want to give a personal thanks to someone, and she knows who she is, that helped someone hang on to life just a little longer. An ethernet card was found for this person. The person who found this card is an angel.
