If you have 7.2 build 47, you can simply go into folder manager and delete
a
folder. You will be prompted whether you wish to erase all files or
folders
within the folder you are about to delete. You answer Yes and that folder
should be gone. Be sure to translate any files you wish to keep to either
braille or text files which can be read by another device. Simply put the
speech on the Keysoft speech and set it to a slower rate and you should be
closer to defaults. Leave all factory files and delete any databases you
have after backing up in some way that material. Perhaps, exporting the
material to a file.

I've sold my vnqt mpower, and I can't remembr how to set it to factory
defalts. Can someone tell me how to do this.
I think I erase all folders and do a sdf reset, but I'm not sure.
