Ru/y, I've been saying that all along in all of my respon/es on this topic. CD is the only way at this time that RFB and D books come. To work with the braillenote, they must be transferred to a card. Sharonda

Hi folks, I think that many are getting confused here. As I read the anouncement about the vr stream it is little more than a fancy mp3 player. You copy your daisy books to an sd card, put the card in to the stream and it will read your books. If they've done it right, the books should be able to be copied by any divice. If the books need to be converted, as with the bookport, then all bets are off. But as many have said, your braille note MPower already reads daisy books and may soon read rfbd books (it might be safe to hold your breath now) what everyone is neglecting here is that the rfbd books come on a cd, so, unless you have a cd drive for your MPOWER or unless you use a pc, you won't be able to get rfbd books on to your MPower. The bottom line is this, to get books on to any of your divices, you need to download them from the net, or copy them from a cd, to your device. You will want to use either a victor reader stream, or a braille note mpower to read your books. You do not necessarily need a stream if you already have a bn, but you might want one because the stream is smaller.
