Hi,

Did resets or repluggins work?
If not:-
Can anything else use the router, e.g. with wired Ethernet?
If you know the IP address of your router can anyone ping it?

Regards,
Steve.

Hi,
I have the very latest version of keysoft on the bn empower. I
have
att
which uses 2wire. No other pcs in my house are using wireless
right
now. If
I set up my laptop right now, that would be wireless, but I'm
not
using
that.

I've reset the braillenote in doing some other things. What I
need to
do is
unplug the modem, and trurn off everything and see if that helps.
Thanks for any assistance.

Hello MS. Avant,
I have had this same problem too.
First I need to get some more information from you!
Are you using a wireless router?
If so what is it's name?
Is there a PC anywhere close by that might use a wireless router?
Does anyone else in your household use wireless?
If so are they using it when this problem occurs?
Are you using an mPower or A Classic or a PK?
Which version of KEYSOFT are you using?
What is the build of your unit?
Have you tried any of the resets?
Give me some more information regarding these questions' I've
Written
Above
And I shall see what I can do!
(SMILE!)
I promise I will do all in my ability to help you fix this
problem!

From Your Friend, In OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, And OUR
BLESSED
