I posted a few days ago but I think my message got lost among the discussions about the upgrade. I set up my PK as a braille display for JAWS around 10 months ago, but now can't remember how to reestablish the connection. I recall that plugging the serial cable into both machines and going into the "terminal for screen reader" automatically started the process. However, this no longer works. I have ensured that BrailleNote is the active display in the JAWS Option Menu, and select "serial" when I enter the terminal. However, nothing appears on the braille display. Can someone please tell me how to rectify this problem? Is there anything I haven't done that I should be doing? I am sure that the process is the same for all models and even all version numbers and I know some of you are using the braille terminal, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
