7.5 uses a new way of managing email folders, storing them on the
Flash disk itself in a data file so they are not lost when you do
a hard reset or upgrade. Because of this, 7.2 is unable to read
the new data file to create the email folders in it own format.
You may try searching by teach name or go to \Flash
Disk\keymail\attachments to directly access a list of all
attached files. HTH and sorry he is having trouble.

My son upgraded to 7.5 and then was having problems and so he
downgraded
back to 7.2 tonight. After doing this he finds that he has lost
all the folders
in his email. He says he still has the emails but they are all
together in
one huge list. Many of these have school assignments as
attachments and now
it will be very difficult to find them. Any suggestions? He
also said that
when he opens his Sent, Inbox, etc. There are just blank
lines........ No
titles in braille as he used to have. Any help would be
