Well I bought my keysoft upgrade for my PK, my PKuse key 7.2, and yesterday when I pay for my upgrade human ware told me that I have to wait a week to download the question is why I have to wait for a long time? They say that they have to send it to another country. I don't like that it has to take the long, I thought that if I pay right away you should download it.
Also another question I want to subscribe to bookshare and I heard that you have to tell them that your blind. How do I go about doing that?
