Hi Kim You can also switch directly into Keyword by pressing backspace with enter with W. To get back to Keybook, press backspace with enter with B.
The same is true for any of the Keysoft applications, just press backspace with enter with the initial letter of the program you are trying to run. This cuts out the extra keystrokes of entering the task menu (Space with lower F) and selecting the appropriate program. These keystrokes are for the BT, I'm not sure about the QT keyboard. I can't help with the embosser question.
