Chris,

The reason for this is because the upgrade process for the PK is quite 
different compared to the mPower and Classic. For example, on the PK, it 
isn't required to perform any resets (45 reset or 46 reset). The only reset 
that is required is when the upgrade is finished, then you must perform a C1 
C4 reset. For the PK, all of the installation is performed through the 
utilities menu, rather than a boot loader.
