Hi Terri,

You're right about the three settings. I don't ever use that feature so
I forget about it, but it is very nice to have.

I didn't purchase from Sighted Electronics and haven't had to have my
unit repaired, so can't really speak to their service.  They were
helpful when I called, that's all I can really say.

Yes, I too use Vellum Bristol paper. I do find that the printer jams
more than my tractor feed, particularly as it gets to the end of the
stack of paper. But it's not a significant enough problem that I think
anyone should be discouraged by it.
