Hi James,
Not sure about the serial number, but you can find it in system
information. From the main menu, do space with i and scroll across
until you find it.
As for support mode, go into the options menu with space o and then
space with i to bring up support mode. Next hit x to start
exercising the display. Space e should get you out of the exercise
option and another space e to get you out of options.

On my BT MPower, I am unable to find the serial number on the
bottom of my unit is this normal?
Also, could someone please give me steps to exercise my display. I
cannot seem to find the option in the Utilities menu. It is
probably staring me right in the face lol.
