Hi Leslie No, all the BrailleNotes are represented on this single list. Although it seems that there are a lot of MPower users, there are PK (and classic) users as well. It is best to have this arrangement because, despite some idiosyncrasies, all the BrailleNote models work the same. So, if you have a problem there are more people to offer suggestions or solutions.
Having a list only for the PK's would remove all the most experienced BrailleNote users from the discussion and your problem wouldn't be solved as easily. Sometimes it helps to identify yourself as a PK user when asking a question so that people can narrow down the problem or give model-specific advice, but apart from that, there is no differentiation between models on the list I hope that clears things up a bit. Do we have the list server for the PK users only separated from this BrailleNote list? I am realized I am confused between PK and mPOWER. As a PK user, I haven't run into this problem, but the first thing I'd check next is how much room do you have on your Flash Drive? It sounds like perhaps there isn't much room left which can cause some very odd behavior. Also, have you emptied the trash folder, or will it not let you do that either? Lastly, have you tried "freeing database space?" I hope something works. Perhaps check that all of the email related definition files and database files are not protected. The BN's have stuff in Keymail--(which I'm sure you know)--so don't know if the PK only has email things in Keylist. Can you use other files in the Keylist folder without problem?
