Yes. Either create a Braille file in Keyword or open an existing one, then press backspace with dots 3-5 (BT), as if you're going to insert a unicode character. I've tried this last night, and I have to say it's very intuitive. I quite like UEB as, to me, it's easier than remembering to type in Computer Braille, for example. Hope that helps.
