Hi Ray,
Yes, it is possible.  After you create a partnership, go to 
Options/Connectivity/Create a new dial-up or BAN connection.  Name your new 
connection something like "ActiveSync," then at the "Device to use" prompt, 
select Ethernet network connection and press ENTER.  Then press DOTS 2-6 CHORD 
(CTRL plus SPACE in QT) and you are done.  This whole procedure will "fool" 
KeySoft to believe that you are using LAN cable, which in reality you are using 
your PC's LAN connection via ActiveSync.
