Nicole,

I'm not from HW, but could you give us more to go on?
To get to the solution of a problem, you nearly always need to know the cause. Helpful in getting to the cause is being able to reproduce the problem.
What type of machine Classic/PK/mPower?
Has it been transplanted?
What version of KeySoft?
How many cells 18/32?
I would imagine it's a BT.
Now, does this always happen when changing from grade 1 or 2 to computer Braille, or does it matter what application you are in?
What are you doing to make the change?

I am not that familiar with changing between grades of Braille, so if you can explain it to me, it should be a doddle for anyone in HW. Give them a call and talk them through how they should be able to see your problem. Give them/us an idea of the impact it has--example is all the Braille you read/write from the change in capitals?

Regards,
Steve.

done

I've have mentioned the fact that changing the grade of
Braille to computer Braille from grade 1 or 2 capitalizes it. I just want to know whether or
not Humanware plans to fix that problem.
