Hi alana, This utility will "repair your planner files" that were corupted. Let us say that KeyPlan starts giving you errors or incorrect appointment time. If it persists and if you tried to fix it but if it does not work, then the last thing to do is to run Maintenance so that a fresh KeyPlan files are loaded from ROM image. Cheers, Joseph
