Hello!

At this time, dot PDF files aren't supported. The types and structure of
dot PDF files are tricky and complex to immolate with the notetakers we
presently have. I can't read PDf files in two different notetakers I have
used. You could try Emailing your dot pdf file to [EMAIL PROTECTED] It
may be slow and it may work but no guarantee.

Subject: [Braillenote] Pdf files

Hi,
I know the subject of PDF files has been brought up on this list,
but I was wondering if anyone knows about the possibility of the
BrailleNote reading them in the future. For now, is there a way
to translate PDF files into text directly on the BrailleNote
without having to convert them on a computer before putting them
on the brailleNote?
The reason I am asking this is because sometimes you can get
these files on the internet and if you don't have a computer
available at the moment, it would be good if you could translate
them into text on your BrailleNote.
Thanks,
Alana.
