Hi, last Monday I sent my Classic off for it's transplant and today Monday I got it back. I didn't hear the door bell and the dogs didn't bark however the delivery guy rang me on my mobile to see where I was and what I wanted to do. So I was able to run down to the door and get it, which is better then the last time they got no answer they just left it sitting on the front step. But I think since the guy knows me so well now after bringing back my PK so many times he thought he would ring me, I am very grateful that he did this because I would have hated to miss him and have to wait until someone could drive me out to the factory and pick up the package.
Now I am waiting for when keysinc update so I can get my addresses and planner back on my machine because I don't think I should use a backup from my classic because that was running 7.2 and the Mpower is running 7.5. Also now I can get back into teaching Braille with this machine because it has the UEB on it and that is what I am meant to be teaching but I haven't been able to learn all the rules because my BN was still displaying the old Braille. Well I am off to play with some USB memory sticks to see if they will work while I am listening to the radio on the Mpower. Now I am just waiting for my PK to come back to me after the flash drive died the day after I sent off my Classic so I have been suffering braillenote withdrawals. I thought I would have been able to get a hit last Thursday with teaching a friend at work how to use his new Voice note but he is still waiting for it to come over on the boat. Well I'm off now to have more fun with my new machine. >From Shaz. BN QT Mpower and PK user. -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users. It has removed 2888 spam emails to date.
