Taraprakash, <smiling>  If HW decided to move to Bangalore or Chennai,
I'd say that they were probably visionaries, but the current state of
postal mail and all between those cities and the U.S. might cause some
real problems.  It would probably be good for India in that HW
products would cost less and be more readily available.  At current
prices of 2 lacs 52000 Rupees, a BrailleNote is way beyond the means
of most folks who are blind; as you well know.   If they moved to
China, my response would be the same.
