This also occurs with Talks on mobile phones. Not sure about
Trekker/maestro.
MobileSpeak elequence is also effected.

Yes,
this first occured with JAWS when using the Eloquence voice. Freedom
scientific provided a work around in the JAWS dictionary but the company
who makes eloquence would have to fix the problem.
As far as I know, they haven't done it.
