What template did you use? You can create your own:
Create a new keyword document, then use a combination of text and inserting fields (backspace-i on a bt) to configure the template how you want it. If you want each line to hold a first name, last name, home phone, and cell phone, you might do something like this: (bracketed text is a field name from your address list, not text you type. All other text is what you would type and what would remain the same. The fields are what change with each record. [first name] [last name]: Home phone: [home phone. Cell: [cell phone].

Remember to put a new line or 2 at the end of the file or all the records will end up on the same line, and what a long line it will be! To use your new template, just select it when you are prompted for a template; it can be stored anywhere. HTH.

Have a great day,
Alex
