Hi, look for a switch on the pen/jum drive and switch it such that it's away from you. This *usually* means that you'll be able to write to it again. Hope that helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: "lorelye" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Subject: [Braillenote] USB drive and media write-protection? (how do I takeit off?)

I have a USB drive I use for Spanish, and but I went to move files onto it to give to my teacher, and I got a message that read, "media is write-protected". How do I unprotect the jump drive?

If my info is necessary, I use a braillenote mPower BT, running 7.5 build 20. I don't know what type the drive is.

Help would be appriciated,
Lorelye
