Hi Stephanie and list:

If your network is wireless, try scanning for available networks
with your BrailleNote.

This won't work if you've turned off broadcasting the network's
SSID.

You do this and other settings on your router.

You log onto your modem/router probably from the PC like any
other web page and usually the password id admin in all lower
case and the password is usually your first name.

The exact URL to connect to your modem/router depends upon its
make and whether it is for DSL or cable.
