Hello Steve,
I've written to MR. James Taylor about his problem all ready.
I tried doing the same thing you did.
It worked fine for me to.
So I told him that and he told me that he was unsubscribing for the time being.
His BN Had to go in for repair and cleaning and to have it's battery changed.
Also to have it's Braille Display Fixed.
So he is not here to get your message right now.
I can forward your message to him and he can receive it via his Mobile Telephone if you wish.
Or I can give you his email address off list if you want me to.
Please let me know?
I hope that this helps!
I hope to hear from you soon!
("SO FAITH, HOPE, LOVE REMAIN, THESE THREE; BUT THE GREATEST OF THESE IS LOVE!") ("ASÍ FE, ESPERANZA, E AMOR CONTINUAR, ESTAS TRES; PARO, EL MAYO QUE DE ESTAS ES AMOR!")
May GOD BLESS You And Give You HIS PEACE!
May You Have A Very HAPPY And BLESSED ADVENT SEASON, And A Very MERRY And BLESSED CHRISTMAS, From Your FRIEND, In Our LORD And SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, And Our BLESSED VIRGIN MOTHER MARY, Kristen...PS:

Jim,

I only remember seeing your problem description once before, and
that was at the end of a loosely related topic.
Still, sorry I didn't reply sooner.
Now that I have, it is to let you know that I pasted all the text
from a text file which was 11.71 KB into a mail sent to myself.
I received all of it--there was no problem at all.
So:-
What version of KeySoft are you using and what type of machine,
(BN/VN/PK BT/QT, Classic/mPower/transplant/neither)?
How do you copy and paste the information in?
Does it happen with any file greater than about 4 KB?
Does it only happen when pasting into email, or also when pasting
into other applications?
If it's just email, sending the file as an attachment might be a
work around.

Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] Please, Somebody, Help, for the Third Time
of Asking.

May I begin by apologising for
sending this message for a
third time. Could someone
using BrailleNote please try
pasting a 7 kilobyte document
into the body of an e-mail, and
sending it to themselves, just
to see if all of it arrives.

I have already asked for this
type of help twice, with no
response, which makes me feel a
little sad. Perhaps my
British English is
incomprehensible [smile.]

Anyway, if anyone is willing to
have a go, please contact me
with the result off list, as I
shall be unsubscribing from
this list shortly, within the
next 48 hours, as my
BrailleNote's Braille display
has shed a dot one in the 10th
cell, leading to some curious
mis-readings, and the machine
will soon be winging its way
southwards for a complete
overhaul.

Many, many thanks in advance,
and the humblest of apologies
for troubling you all yet
again.

Warm regards,

Jim Taylor.
