Hi,

Well at least in my planner there is an option for tentative which I think is a good thing - but I think the status (busy, tentative etc) of the appointment should be announced when reading information about it with space i. And I think there is a need/purpose of the private feature since as this is compatible with Outlook, in the Outlook calendar you can set up for certain people to see certain people's calendars, and you may not want them to know about certain appointments.

Catherine, there is no tentative. It's either busy or it's not. It's either private or it isn't. Not sure why there's a need for private, since there's no password or whatever if you indicate private. Debby and Cleo
