My UAK CD came today, so I decided to install this evening. The CD linked
me to a web site where I registered my BrailleNote quite easily. I was
given an authorization number and followed the instructions in the document
on the CD to enter it into the BrailleNote. I received an "invalid product
key" message. I tried this four times - checking the numbers and letters
carefully each time - with the same result. Guess I'll have to wait until
Monday to call RFB&D and find out why the authorization number isn't
working.

Make sure you use the ws because if you don't it will take you somewhere
else. Did you get a user key? I did and it isn't working. They are
looking into it though. I will keep people informed of what happenes.
