Hi all,
I have just returned for an overseas trip and tonight wanted to syncronise
my addresslist and planner with my pc.
I have 2 machines, one is still running XP for now, although that will
change this week to vista.
Regardless of which machine I try to connect the PK to, I just cant seem to
get a connection.
It might happen once if I'm lucky, but most of the time nothing happens at
all.
This is after C1/C4 resets, normal resets, dots 123 resets and dots 456
resets.
If it does connect, I have to reestablish a partnership every time, but it
just won't happen at all. Is this a KeySoft issue?
I have tried this under both XP and vista. ActiveSync 4.5 and the latest
version of the windows mobile device centre.
Does anyone have any suggestions? or has anyone else experienced this
problem?
If so, how did you fix it?
KeySoft 7.5 Build 27 and KeySync 3.
Any other info, just ask, I'm happy to work with Humanware on this if they'd
like as it's an extremely frustrating issue.
