Hi, I'm pretty sure it is with the C3 C4. I have never done any of the resets except for the C1 C4 and C3 C4. I did do a 4 5 6 reset with C3 C4 once with a humanware staff member talking me through it but that was awhile ago so I can't remember it all.

Brian,
I'm sure I know this, but my ind is a blank on it right
now... how does
one do a 4-5-6 reset on the PK? I mean, I get the 4-5-6 part, but
do you
then in addition hold down the c3 and c4? I've also heard it is
advisable to
remove any cards inserted. Is this true?

Dear Karen and list:

You are running out of storage when surfing the net because the
internal memory of your BrailleNote is filling up. Do a 4-5-6
(j-k-l) reset and this will remedy the problem.

You do this by holding down the keys for dots 4, 5 and 6 (the
letters j, k and l on a QT keyboard) while you press the reset
button located in a little hole behind the power on/off switch.

You cannot use a SDHC card of any size in your BrailleNote. You
can try the 4 GB one and if it works fine, but as it is SDHC not
plain SD, this is not guaranteed.

Sounds to me like Staples charged you darn near full list price
on the 4 GB SDHC card.

Hope this helps.
