Sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree, but are you sure you tried to
insert the card reader the right way up? Just wondering as on my new
PC things have to be the wrong way up in order to plug them into the
USB port. Also, are you trying the correct ports? I'm not sure what
type of mPower you're using, but if you're using a Voicenote the
ports are to the right of the serial port, and to the left of the
modem jack. Hope this helps.
