well personally, i don't do that, i would recommend exercising your braille
display the right way up.
i experience similar problems, mainly on the tieman braille displays.
if your braille display has jammed, i don't mean dirt, i mean like you said,
it may be a problem with the back panes in the braillenote.
this means, you need to send your braillenote back to its home (humanware).
i must admit, this can cost a lot of money.
possibly looking in to 300-400$ range.

hi list, i have a bit of a problem and don't know how to solve it.
I tried to turn my braille note MPower upside down to clean my braille
display and now i have the problem where instead of the last letter in the
word like menu instead of the letter U showing up it shows up now as a for
sign dots one through six and i can't get rid of this.
I don't know what to do and need some sugestions.
