Nancey, A few questions to get started, 1. What version of Windows do you have on your computer, Vista or XP (include service pack)? 2. What version of KeySoft do you have on your BrailleNote? 3. What screen reader are you using?
Note: TO obtain KeySoft version do a SPACE with I from the Main Menu.
