Hello Folks, Is there anyone out there who is using a VersaPoint embosser with a Braille Note mPower? I have Keysoft version 7.2.47 installed and am using a serial cable with the embosser. I have tried it with a null modem and without. I have checked the serial settings and they match. The message I get from the BN is that the file has been embossed but it hasn't. Anyone have any help for me? I have a customer who had a classic BN which he purchased from me and was happily brailling with it. Ever since he got his mPower he can't do it. He is not as happy as he might be. Thanks.
