Somewhat of a philosophical question: Well, in defense of this, mPower has USB connection, which made storing data easier (using USB drives). Bluetooth Object Exchange (the thing you are asking) is not supported until OS upgrade. You can say the number of reasons for CE upgrade (I've clearly outlined my reasoning in a separate post, and I'm in the process of recinrding my reasoning).
