Dear List,
I have been researching notetakers and braille displays to see what I will
buy when my BN finally quits working. I'm unhappy with the present customer
service from HumanWare here in the US.
I've been making a list of prices of displays and notetakers from the
competition and I wanted to include HumanWare on the list for comparison's
sake but to my amazement prices aren't listed on the HumanWare web site any
more. That fact makes me even more unimpressed with HumanWare because all
of the competition--GW Micro, FS and HandyTech--list prices on their web
sites.
Is HumanWare going out of their way to alienate themselves with the
customers here in the US?
