Will, In order to access subfolders on any drive, once at the folder, press SPACE with dots 5 6 or RIGHT ARROW, at which time you will be presented with the subfolder.
I am not sure what is happening with the wireless issue but it is possible to use your cell phone as a modem on most of the services and T-Mobiel is one of them. You will have ot tlak to someone who does this or obtain the information from T-Mobiel. I would contact your Network Administrator to find out the specifics of the settings for the network.
