Hi, I and a few others have put some stickie tape on our CF cards
to help get them out of our PK's. You put a bit on the top and a
bit on the bottom and make them stick together out the back so
the CF card has a bit of a tail, how long you make it is up to
you. Just make sure there isn't any sticky bits on the card
before you put it in your machine and make sure you haven't put
any over the end that faces in the machine because it may effect
the workings.
This idea has not been suggested by any tech people so there is
no guarantees that it won't effect the card or machine but if you
are careful you should be right. I got the suggest from this list
and have never had a problem.
Another thing make sure that the tail is in the middle of the
card so that you aren't pulling it out one side before the other.

will want to keep it in an envelope or something, I'd suggest
