It is shocking to lose data like that. I have not had your bad luck and I use the KeyWord program regularly.

Something has gone terribly wrong with your BrailleNote or with the storage device that you used.

I would check that your keyboard is okay and registering all of your keystrokes.

This is not usual or even rare behavior for a BrailleNote and it indicates some sort of damage.

I suggest that you call your closest HumanWare office as soon as you can.
