In my personal reply in which i was comparing Stream with Braille note, I
forgot to mention that you can control the tempo of all files. So if you
want to quickly read a file you can increase the speed. braille note lets
you do it only in daisy audio files, not in mp3.

do, but do own a Victor Reader Stream.
It can read:
NLS digital book files you download from their pilot download web

.MP3, ogg and txt files.
R. F. B. and D. Audio Plus (digital titles)
And record memos, notes, audio book marks etc either with the
built-in mike or an external mike.
You may bookmark any book you are reading too.
The quality of the recorded memos etc you record yourself is
excellent on the internal mike.
