Robert,

I along with others have determined that the BrailleNotes inability to
handle certain word documents that are 2003 and earlier is due to complex
formatting and other markings that Windows CE 4.2 isn't able to handle. I ma
sure that once a upgrade to the operating system is made available and has
gone through its paces that the BrailleNote will able to support Word 2007
files along with more complex document

Subject: re: [Braillenote] RTF Bug - has it been fixed?

Hello All,
I do not have a problem reading rtf files with Ks 7.5 build 28.
I do have a problem with certain word documents.
I get attachments in word that I will detach or read, and there is nothing
in the document, but the person sending it can see everything just fine.
I wonder if anyone else has had this difficulty?
Thank you,

Robert Stigile
