Scott,

A few of your questions have been answered by other list members. I will try
to answer those that haven't yet been answered.

The only thing to keep in mind is to transfer files that are compatible with
the VoiceNote. If you are transfering word files, just make sure that they
are saved in a format other than 2007, 2003 and earlier will work. Can you
specify exactly what kind of files that you are trying to transfer to your
VoiceNote.

The audio profile for Bluetooth isn't supported at the moment. The ones that
are activesync, modem and printer.

At the moment it isn't possible to use WiFi printers but it is possible to
use Bluetooth printers.

Yes, the Holux GPSlim236 among many other receivers are supported. The
Sendero GPS which is the GPs that runs on the BrailleNote family of products
as well as the VoiceSense is shipping with the Holux M-1000 which is a
better performing receiver than the 236.

Subject: [Braillenote] a few questions regarding voicenote QT mPower

I have KS 7.01. How can I transfer files from my laptop to my VN? I have an
SD card that works in both the VN and the PC, but the VN won't see anything
copied to the card from the PC. Is there something I need to do in order for
the VN to see these files? I got my email working for one account and I have
it setup to get another email account via the web, but I'm wondering, is
there a way to retrieve my university's email that uses IMAP? Also, is there
a way to use a Bluetooth headset with the VN? Will a wifi capable printer
work with the VN? I noticed that there is a GPS program on the VN. Will it
work with my GPS receiver that I got for my cell phone? It is a Holux
GPSlim236 bluetooth receiver. I'm sorry if I asked too much at once, but I
wanted to ask these questions while I was thinking about them. I love this
device already and I've only had it a couple days.
