Hello Greg,

The number of lines you will need for a one inch margin depends on the settings used by your ink printer. I suggest you start with top and bottom margins of 6 lines and adjust as necessary. Create a set of test documents then seek sighted advice on which suits best. Maybe the first line of text in each document could describe the settings used so you don't confuse things.

Kind regards,

Dave Ransley

Subject: [Braillenote] A question about formatting?

Hello all,
When I create a paper for college I have to use something called
APA style
documentation. In this style margins have to be one inch all the
way
around. The margin settings on the BN uses the number of lines
instead of
inches. How can I set the margins to be one inch using the
number of lines?
I am running keysoft ver 7.5 build 28 on a MPower QT.
Thanks for any help Greg
